Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from or using the Quizola website (quizola.co.uk), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

Who We Are

Quizola is a UK-based business operating the website quizola.co.uk. Contact us at hello@quizola.co.uk.

Products and Delivery

Quizola sells downloadable PDF quiz packs. On completing a purchase, a download link is sent to the email address you provided. This link allows up to 5 downloads and is valid for 7 days from purchase.

  • All sales are of digital goods. Delivery is electronic — no physical product is shipped.
  • If you do not receive your download link within 5 minutes, check your spam folder, then email hello@quizola.co.uk.
  • Expired links can be renewed on request at no charge.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscribers receive a new quiz pack every Monday by email. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months.

Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Quizola quiz pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • Print and use the pack for quiz events, including commercial events such as pub quiz nights, charity fundraisers, and corporate events.
  • Adapt questions for your specific audience (difficulty, wording) for personal use at your events.

This licence does not permit you to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF file with any third party.
  • Publish questions online, in print, or in any other medium without our written permission.
  • Sub-licence the content to others.
  • Use the packs in AI training datasets or automated systems.

Intellectual Property

All quiz pack content — including questions, answers, round structures, and layout — is the intellectual property of Quizola. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Refunds

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a pack has been downloaded. If a pack contains errors or is materially defective, contact us and we will issue a corrected version or, at our discretion, a refund. See our full refund policy.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Existing subscriptions will receive 30 days' notice of any price increase.

Disclaimer

Quiz packs are provided "as is." While we take great care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all questions and answers are error-free. If you find an error, please email us and we will correct it. Quizola is not liable for any loss arising from errors in quiz pack content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizola's liability for any claim arising from use of our products is limited to the amount paid for the pack in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
