Agreement

By using Quizola or purchasing from quizola.co.uk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Products and delivery

Quizola provides digital quiz products and related subscription access. Delivery is electronic. Where a download product is purchased, access details are sent to the customer email address used at checkout.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed in advance through Stripe according to the selected cadence. Access and limits depend on the entitlement attached to the active customer account.

Licence

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Quizola grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased quiz material for live quiz events, including commercial hosting.

This licence does not allow you to resell, redistribute, republish, or sublicense Quizola pack content as a competing product or shared asset.

Intellectual property

Quiz content, structures, formatting, and product materials remain the intellectual property of Quizola unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to interfere with the service, billing flows, or protected download routes.
• Do not misuse content for third-party resale or bulk redistribution.
• Do not use Quizola materials for model training or automated redistribution without written permission.

Refunds and faults

Refund handling is governed by the refund policy. If a digital pack is materially defective or not delivered correctly, contact the team and we will review the issue.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizola is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless law requires otherwise.
