Something wrong with your pack? Email hello@quizola.co.uk and we'll sort it — usually within one business day.
Digital Products — General Policy
Quizola sells digital download products. Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, where you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the cancellation right would be lost on download.
By completing a purchase and downloading your quiz pack, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you lose your right to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- The pack was not delivered. If your download link did not arrive within 24 hours and we cannot resend it successfully.
- The pack is materially defective. If the PDF is corrupted, pages are missing, or questions are duplicated in a way that makes the pack unusable.
- Significant factual errors. If a substantial portion of the questions contain verifiably wrong answers that render the pack unsuitable.
- Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchased the same pack twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
When We Will Not Issue a Refund
- The pack has been downloaded and you simply changed your mind.
- You found a small number of debatable or incorrect questions — we will correct these and send an updated version.
- The pack does not match expectations based on its title/description — please read the pack description carefully before purchasing.
- Technical issues on your device preventing you from opening a standard PDF file.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial-month refunds for unused subscription time.
If you are charged in error after cancellation, contact us immediately and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@quizola.co.uk with:
- Your order email address
- The pack name
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (Stripe processing time).
Errors and Corrections
We check all error reports. Where a question or answer is found to be incorrect, we will:
- Issue a corrected version of the pack by email at no charge, or
- Provide a credit towards a future purchase, or
- Issue a full refund if the errors are substantial enough to make the pack unsuitable.
