Yes, cancel any time. Log into your account at /my-packs and cancel from there, or email hello@quizola.co.uk. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

We'll always give at least 30 days' notice of any price changes, and existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for a reasonable period.

Yes. Every pack includes a commercial use licence. Use it for pub quiz nights, charity fundraisers, corporate events, school competitions — no extra fee.

No. The commercial licence covers running events with the packs, not reselling or distributing the PDF files themselves. See our Terms of Use for full details.

You're welcome to adapt questions for your audience — change the wording, make them easier or harder. Just don't redistribute the modified version commercially.

Due to the instant digital delivery of our products, we don't offer refunds once a pack has been downloaded. If there's a problem with a pack — incorrect questions, formatting issues — contact us and we'll make it right.

Email hello@quizola.co.uk with the pack name and the issue. We check all error reports and will send a corrected version where warranted.
